These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 449bat platform and all its services. By accessing the 449bat website (449bat.app) or mobile application, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.
449bat is an internationally licensed online betting platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. It offers betting across more than 30 sports categories, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
These terms are written in Bengali so every Bangladeshi user can understand them easily. In the event of any legal dispute, the original English version shall prevail.
These Terms were last updated in January 2026. 449bat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and users will be notified via email or platform notification before any changes take effect.

Eligibility & Age Requirement
To register an account and place bets on 449bat, the following eligibility criteria must be met:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Users must be real individuals — bots and automated systems are not permitted.
- Online betting must not be prohibited by law in the country or region from which the account is operated.
- All information provided during account registration must be accurate and truthful.
- If an account was previously closed by 449bat, opening a new account is not permitted.
Opening or operating an account in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited. Any such account will be closed immediately upon detection and all balances will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are urged to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

Account Registration & Management
All users must register with accurate information when opening an account on 449bat. 449bat reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false or incorrect details.
Account Verification (KYC): For security purposes, 449bat may request identity verification at any time. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
- Only one account is permitted per person.
- Keep your account password private — never share it with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
- To update your account information, please contact our support team.
- Inactive accounts (dormant for more than 12 months) may be subject to a dormancy fee.

Betting Rules
All betting on 449bat is conducted in accordance with international gaming standards. Key rules regarding betting are outlined below:

If match-fixing or suspicious activity is suspected in any match, 449bat reserves the right to investigate all related bets and void them if necessary.

Deposits & Withdrawals
449bat supports the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Deposit and withdrawal guidelines are outlined below:
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Deposit Method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawal Time: Typically 15–30 minutes; up to 24 hours if verification is pending.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
- Withdrawing a balance earned from bonuses is subject to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
If money laundering or illegal financial activity is detected, 449bat will immediately close the associated account and notify the relevant authorities. All balances will be confiscated.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms:
- The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
- Every bonus comes with wagering requirements (typically 10–30x the bonus amount).
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been completed.
- Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time limit.
- Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account closure.
- 449bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 449bat platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Manipulating the bonus system (bonus abuse).
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Exploiting technical glitches on the platform for personal gain.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
- Match-fixing or attempting to influence other users.
- Threatening or harassing 449bat staff.
Any involvement in the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Liability & Limitations
449bat is not liable in the following circumstances:
- If a bet fails due to an internet connection loss.
- Transactions may be delayed due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
- If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
- In the event of an unexpected technical error or server outage causing a temporary service disruption.
449bat is committed to maintaining high service standards. If any issue arises, our support team will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Account Closure & Suspension
449bat may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Involvement in prohibited activities.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Failure to pass KYC verification.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
- If the user requests to close their own account.
- If a self-exclusion request is submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy.
If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the balance will be returned. If closure is due to a rule violation, all balances may be forfeited.

Changes to Terms
449bat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email and platform notifications at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
